How enquiries are processed

The operator is EURO CERTIFICA LLP. For data enquiries, contact eurocert.kaz@gmail.com.

The form is intended for reviewing enquiries, responding and preparing proposals. It collects the organisation name, contact person’s full name, email, optional phone, standard and comment, together with the date, reference and consent version.

Online submissions remain disabled until infrastructure checks and the full consent wording are approved. In production, enquiries must be stored in protected storage in Kazakhstan. Gmail receives only an enquiry reference, without form data.

The proposed retention period for enquiries without a contract is until the purpose is fulfilled, no more than 90 days after review is complete. Contract records have separate grounds and retention periods. The precise period must be approved before activation.

Data is not made public or used for advertising. Transfer to a certification body is agreed after identifying the recipient, country and legal basis.

Direct emails to Gmail use Google infrastructure. Do not email identity documents or excessive personal information.

Contact the email above to request correction, withdraw consent or request deletion. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and existing obligations.

The site does not use advertising analytics. The protected interface uses essential session cookies. Full consent wording will be published after the mandatory operator details are approved.

WhatsApp links open a third-party service. Form data is not transferred automatically; you send the message yourself. Correspondence is processed using WhatsApp infrastructure.
